700 m2 buildings & 8000 m2 roads& yards
including electro mechanical and sanitary installation.
The project was executed by CEC on a cost plus bases.
The cost came to about 4500000 USD.

:
Microwave Telecommunication Infra Structure |

This project consist of design, construction and erection of
telecommunication steel tower including site survey foundation
galvanized steel procurement painting earthing lightning
protection air warning lights antenna support and erection.

Project 3
:
GSM Infra Structure |
CEC design, manufacture and erect roof masts and green field towers
for mounting GSM antennas.
The duties also include connection all fittings from wave guide to
the sheltered machines in addition to foundation earthing
lightning protection AWL - erection painting.

Al-Furat Petroleum Projects |
|
|
CEC was the subcontractor of Stork Engineers & Contractors B.V. in the
period between 1998 2002. All civil work steel structure, pipe supports
and other related works performed by CEC.

Project 5
:
Sludge Tanks for
Damascus Sewage Plant |
The project consisted of 6 sludge tanks 28m diameter and same in height
plus 1 gas holder tank of 33m and on puffer tank of 18m. All in post
tensioned concrete and all required high degree of impermeability
especially the conical roof of the sludge tanks which has about 30o
inclination and required impermeability unlined concrete under pressure
gas.

Project 6
:
Restoration of Damascus Main office
Building |
 The building which was founded on piles suffered during the last 50
years from heavy shear cracks due to different settlement and also
consequently partial compression failure of the columns.
The building was under pained by jet grouting column (with STFA-Istanbul
Turkey) and all the structural was strengthened to resist normal
and seismic load.
The value of this project is about 3000000 USD.

Project 7
:
Restoration of Al Mutanbi Banquit Hall Meridien Hotel in
Damascus |
 This hall of 1500m2 had 12 supporting column in the third of
the 30m span. CEC has designed a support system to the ceiling and
removed the 12 columns and then redecorated the ceiling of the hall
installing also all electromechanical systems.
The value of this project is about 2000000 USD.

Mashta El Helou Hotel and Resort |
The client is the company which carries the same name. CEC
execution of the structure and co-managed the execution of finishing
works (with partnership of B.L. Yacoubian Contractors).
The value of the projects is about 7000000 USD.

The Dummar district in Damascus is founded on marl which
looses its bond which submerged in water and because of the hilly nature
of the site, neighboring column foundation are generally not on the same
level and because they are not confined tend to settle when they are
attached by water and the column is then subject to great tensile force
to supply such column.
CEC after some research works developed and underpinning design
penetration the foundation and transferring the load to the depth. The
design provide efficient and safe.
